Short Review
From what we've seen here of the Horses Forever Triple Crown, Ruthless Intentions loves inside post positions. At the Kentucky Derby, she pulled out a Show from a post of one. And this afternoon she pulled out post number 1 as well! The 15-horse field at the 2004 Kentucky Derby held amazing fillies and colts ready to run their hearts out. This year, hopes of a Triple Crown winner were shattered when Ruthless Intentions slipped under the wire by a two length lead. With only 5 1/2 lengths from first to fifteenth place, the race was close however! WT Frequency started out of the gates stumbling on the wet and sloppy track. Ruthless just seems to like sloppy tracks it seems this year. However, Frequency pulled from dead last by 4 1/2 lengths to fifth place in under 6 furlongs. Holy Charmer wasnt in the game today though, and had a horrible time entering the gates. Overall, all the horses did well, and every horse in this feild deserves extra treats for supper.
